As far as computer cricket games of the time went, it was pretty good. However, the gamplay was rather weak; once you worked out a good shot or delivery against the computer player you could just repeat it over and over and get the same results making the game a pointless exercise. The two player mode was a bit better but I thought they could have come up with a better method of bowling and running between the wickets than just thrashing back and forth with the joystick. I don't think I actually broke one playing the game, but it can't have done them much good.

85%'s a bit high really. Most of the right ingredients are in place, but the sloppy AI and excessive bugs mean that it's not as much fun as it ought to be, especially in one-player mode. Good but not great.

If you like Cricket then you will enjoy this game, it's probably the best simulation on the ST. It's an arcade game so you get to control batting and bowling. I remember you had to waggle the joystick to run fast when bowling, or rotate it around if you were doing spin bowling. Batting was quite hard, plenty of edged catches to slips! Quite good graphics and it was good fun when you got the hang of it.
