This was a good F1 game and still the only one where your driver can get injured but F1 Grand Prix was better and now GP4 has set the standards

I agree, the attention to detail was quite impressive at the time but the gameplay was non-existant. The races were almost in real time ie 2 hours plus. Zzzzzzzzzz

I think the review score is about right. Although there were lots of things you could do away from the track, such as modifying your car and testing at Ferrari's base, the actual driving was quite slow and jerky. Try Microprose Formula One Grand Prix instead!
