This is a good game on its own, good graphics and gameplay but... you cannot compete with Pacman and there were far better Dizzy games.

I loved this game. I was surprised to see Dizzy doing something other than his usual puzzle-solving/platformer antics. It's basically Pac-Man, except you only have to catch the moving food (which is like chasing the blue ghosts of Pac-Man) while avoiding the invincible ghosts. There were also power-ups that could speed/slow the game and stop the ghosts all together. Some levels even had "safe zones" where the ghosts couldn't touch you (but you couldn't catch the food staying there either) so it was a little more varied and strategic than Pac-Man. I also loved the little animations between levels.

Hmm, got bad reviews in the german magazine ST Computer - some sort of boring pacman-style game.
