If this game weren't so painfully slow it might have actually been fun. Similar to the first Robocop game in that you just walk along and shoot the thugs (you cannot jump though). The graphics are of very high quality - detailed backgrounds with plenty of animation and other things happening - problem is this slowed the game to a crawl making it next to impossible to play. The "Operation Wolf" style sub games are actually more playable than the actual game itself - these bits are well animated and look great. An ambitious project that was limited by the hardware that it was run on.
