I've never seen Arkanoid III until I found Atari ST emulation. It seems to be the one that is most challenging and harder than the first two. The ball seems to go fast often on this game. Arkanoid III can be found on Automation compact disk 77.

Actually this is a cracked and modified version of Arkanoid 1.
