A good rpg game in a bleak future. Easy to play but very hard to master. The game is very similar to Roadwar Europe(a) but this is in the USA, or what is left of them. You basicaly have to find something. You are in charge of a gang with weapons and cars and bikes and all the goodies. Think of Mad Max world situation. The battles can be a bit difficult, but fun. You can board enemy vehicles or ram them to death or just blast them out. Highly recommended but not for the un initiated.
