Can't believe it was that long ago since this game was released. Yet another game I played a lot with my brother trying to see who survives the longest.

Ah, I get it, if it isn't a flight sim or some deeply absorbing strategy game it doesn't get a Format Gold. Philistines...

This is a classic example of addictive arcade gameplay! Pure originality & brilliance in graphics & sound. You can aquire this on the WinSTon emulator. It's on Automation disk 427 B, I think.

This version is a little more colourful than the Amiga version, but just as hard! The anime cartoons are neat!

If you like pang then please try my game that was inspired by it, with a lot of space invaders thrown in too. http://www.blitzcoder.com/cgi-bin/showcase/showcase_showentry.pl?id=the__caffeine__kid09302002211903&comments=no

A superbly original concept and fantastic execution. I can't believe this game was made in 1989! The consistently excellent design is the perfect showcase for the bizarre yet intuitive gameplay. The blatant Japanese-ness of this title crawls under your skin and stays there. Huge fun in two-player. Download it now!!!

This has to be one of my all time favourite games, it's just so addictive. I have been searching for other versions of the game, and found a pretty good site that had a few listed: http://pangcorner.omegadelta.net/.

One of Oceans real smash-hits was Pang. I used to play this game with my friend until his joystick broke, then we didn't play more games... ever!

Pure Classic, well addictive. I used to play this for ages. Really sound colours at the time as well.

a well presented game (for ocean back then, a rare thing) plus it removed bottom border (during play! :O) and it was bloody brilliant fun to play!
