one of the best fighting games.....EVER.....i would even put this in front of IK+ if it werent for the fact that IK+ had 3 fighters instead of the usual 2.....this game had smooth as hell animation....it looked as tho it could have been the first game to take animation from real humans (cant remember what the technology is called)...but it was THAT good....a range of moves that you didnt see in other games too (due to the fact it was kickboxing based)....HIGHLY recommended for fight fans. |

To me this is the best one-to-one fighting game. Graphics and animations are great, sounds really rock, too.
Note that this was much better on a 1040 ST : on a 520 you had only a limited choice of kicks, and you couldn't configure joystick, which was a pity since the default kicks were not the funniest.
Superb gameplay. Can't equal IK+, though, but ranks really close to it. |

The ST Action review below says it all. This is one beat 'em up that really stands above the crowd. You literally winced in pain as you beat your opponent to a pulp and it was even better if it happened to be your mate (great 2 player). Sounds, animation and overall gameplay were fantastic. Get it! Better than any Street Fighter offering I've ever played |

ST Action Compilation Review: (Sport's Best: Panza Kick Boxing - Tennis Cup - Turbo Cup) . . . .
One of the finest beat'em-ups of all time is no doubt the great Panza Kick Boxing. Endorsed by Kick Boxing world champion - Andre Panza, the computer version of this brutal sport really is excellent. If you've got a one meg machine you can chose 13 moves from a selection of over 50 to take into your next fight. If you've got an 520ST then you're limited to what you start with.
There are a number of opponents, each varying in difficulty and each holding different titles that you can take off them, right up to Panza himself and his coveted World Crown. There's an option to save your fighters to the disk too so you can carry on where you left off. Throw in training, replays and some of the best animation seen on the ST and this is well worth getting right away.

Indeed, a classy game. The animation on this is superb and the gameplay is just as good. |

Superb graphics, comparable to GODS. The smooth way you and your opponent moves is amazing (comparable to Prince of Persia). Very natural and smooth, look at how the guy falls and stands up after you TKO him. In Addition you can program your guy to have him kick and punch the way you want ! I won with Panza 3 rounds unanimous decision but there is NO WAY to knock him down ! |

Gorgeous graphics and great sound effects when you slammed your opponent in the face! Street Fighter had speed, this had class and lots of it. |
