There are 3 ways to beat Egypt: Invade when Egypt has a border dispute with Libya; Build up a huge military of more than 3000 tanks 1000 SAMs 300 planes; Or before you invade, you must launch a tactical airstrike on a military target - this is the only other way you can beat them

A fun great strategy game. HINT: If you save the game (or save memory) it is better to load to continue playing (another day or something) than restart the game from the begining. The reason is that if you start a new game you always start with the same settings of relationships between the countries, while if you load and continue then you will get new settings etc.

Have to agree with all the previous comments this game was one of the most addictive games i played. As dav say's panic if Syria and Eygpt attack you but really panic if Syria, Eygpt and Jordon attack you. Good thing to do is give the PLO some land back that way it you don't have to send in troops and the US give you more bucks to spend on their weapons !

Have to agree....actually this was one of few strategy games I really enjoyed. By the way, has anyone succeded without having a "violent" leadership?

Many a late night with this one. Simple game but as has been said, so addictive. The fact that it's still topical is a sad reflection on the world!

I agree with the other comments. For a simple game it was very addictive. Just don't fight Syria and Egypt at the same time.

Yes...I have to agree...this game is stupidly addictive...the only annoying thing was that you knew the game was going nowhere if it started with "The Egyptian diplomats are acting agressively". The other good thing was the US giving you billions of dollars to buy lots of F-15 fighters!

This game is wickedly addictive! and how very topical it is now! :) Gotta love the way you can do all kind of political things that are going on right now. Superb.
