Turn based strategy game based in the years of the hellenistic empires and the rise of Rome. You control one of 14 I think kingdoms (multiplayer too as many as you like) Not very historical, several errors, but still very playable and very fun to play. You have a HUGE map of the Med and to cross from one side to the other with an army can takes AGES. Navy is faster of course. The battles are like an extra game. You set up your armies (you and your enemy) and again in turn based play the battle, piece/unit by unit with the IGYG system. There is some basic diplomacy that works (alliances, trade agreenments, peace, war, neutral) and in general a good game if you like strategy games set in the ancient times. There is a sequel for the PC IC2 which was released a few years back and it is freeware. If you want that (yes it works under XP) email me.
